A man from Oakland County, who has requested to keep his identity secret, has won a $2 million jackpot from an instant ticket.
The man had bought his lucky 100X The Cash instant ticket for $20 from a Shell gas station in Oxford. The ticket later proved to be a $2 million winner. He later chose to receive a single payment of $1.3 million before taxes in lieu of receiving the entire amount as an annuity.
His plans for the money include paying off his bills, going on vacation with his wife, and helping his daughter afford a dream wedding.
