59-year-old Son Van Duong of Orlando, attracted by the $290 million in cash prizes offered by the 25th Anniversary Edition Millionaire Scratch-Off game of the Florida lottery, bought a ticket.
Now Duong is a millionaire, having won the $5 million grand prize. Van Duong chose an option to receive more than $4 million in a single payment.
There remain one more $5 million and eight $1 million prizes to be won.
