New Yorker Matthew Carter is the latest teenager to hit the lottery millions.
Hot on the heels of 19 year old Nick Ruth just last week, Matthew won $3 Million on a NY Lottery Instant game.
He was only at the gas station where he bought the winning ticket while his brother picked up his pay check. But while there he watched another customer buy a bunch of losing tickets and figured it was probably time somebody had a winner.
So he spent the $10 he had won on another card. Not a bad choice as it turned out to be the $3 Million jackpot winner.
