Arizona Considers Giving Privacy For Lottery Winners

The Arizona Senate is considering a proposal that would allow lottery winners to remain private.  At the center of the debate are considerations for protecting lottery winners from undue risks, against the need for the lottery operations to be as transparent as possible.

The bill had been advanced by a senate committee earlier in a by a 5-2 vote.
