A 50-year-old man named Bill Graham has decided to retire after winning a $5 lottery prize. And to make the win even sweeter, the Missouri Lottery revealed the Bill Graham is the first player to snag the top prize on the “$5 Million Jackpot” scratch-off game, that only began selling on August 5.
The sales rep from St. Charles bought the ticket at a ZX station between sales appointments, on August 27. Now all he wants is to make the rest of his life an extended vacation.
The Missouri Lottery said Thursday that Bill Graham is the first player to uncover the top prize on the “$5 Million Jackpot” scratch-off game. Graham, a sales representative, was between appointments on Aug. 27 when he purchased the ticket at a ZX station in St. Louis.
“$5 Million Jackpot” players should not lose heart, as there remain two more $5 million prizes to be won, along with smaller prizes that may reach $100,000.
