When a Calvert County woman dreamed she had won big in the lottery, she did something about it – she bought six instant tickets at the the Wawa #588-E at 30320 Three Notch Road in Charlotte Hall.
When she got to the store, she found most of the ticket vending machines nearly empty, so she chose a few from what was left. Her intuition proved correct as Twisted Bingo ticket, one of the six she bought, turned out to be a $150,000 winner.
She and her boyfriend now plan to buy new cars and a house. The Wawa store earned a $1000 bonus for selling the winning instant ticket.
