Educators Syndicate Share €65,861Prize

A big group of lottery players from Co. Offaly have just collected a substantial payout from the lottery.  The syndicate is composed of 35 teachers, school staff and retired former colleagues at Coláiste Na Sionna, Banagher.

The lucky group of educators will share a prize of €65,861 for matching 5 numbers and the bonus ball in the 9 July draw of Euromillions.  Because of the number of members, the winnings are hardly enough to get anyone to retire.  However, syndicate leader Kevin Jordan says members have paid in advance for the next two months of entries, so we may hear of them winning again.
