Error Likely Helped Carer Win £1 Million

When carer Lynne Groves went to buy lotto tickets at the Nisa Castle Stores on Sandford Road in Chelmsford, the clerk printed off Euromillions tickets by mistake.  So the clerk hurriedly went back for her regular Lotto Lucky Dip tickets; she believes that mistake gave her the luck she needed to win.

Her entry did not match any of the regular numbers drawn, but matched the one for the millionaire raffle draw.  She plans to use her new-found wealth to buy new cars for her family, send grand children to Disneyland, and set up trusts for them as well.
