Staff at two shops in Cheltenham were left confused by a big lottery winner, who first racked up many thousands of pounds of purchases – then promptly disappeared without paying.
The man visited Cheltenham Kitchener and Wesley Barrel, and at both stores claimed he had won a huge jackpot.
But when it came time to pay, he made his excuses to just nip outside, before scarpering and leaving staff baffled as to what just happened.
