Florida State Lottery’s scratch-off games are enjoying unprecedented popularity. Lottery officials say that it has sold more than $8.5 million worth of instant tickets in the second week of February, setting a new weekly sales record. The Florida Lottery now claims it has surpassed New York in terms of lottery sales.
