Former Basketball Player Wins $1 Million

Michael Graham, who had been a member of the Georgetown basketball team that won the national title in 1984, has won a million dollars from the Powerball lottery – no trophy this time though.

After learning of the win, days after the March 16 draw, Graham waited a few days more before finally claiming his bounty.  Among his plans are investing a portion of his winnings into his own company, and giving something to charity.
