Giant Lotto Balls Help Push Revamped Lottery

Six brightly lit giant lottery balls are floating on the Thames on the way to Loch Ness in Scotland to help push the Saturday drawing of the revamped National Lottery game.  The balls contain the numbers 7, 38, 10, 20, 25 and 49 .

Behind the hype, the draws for the first two Saturdays of the revised National Lottery game will feature jackpot prizes of £10million and 1,000 cash prizes of £20,000.  There are also changes in the amounts paid for minor prizes, and the increased income resulting from the ticket price hike also increases the amount the lottery sets aside for good causes.
The National Lottery has produced in excess of 3,400 millionaires since its launch in 1994.
