Hdervens Noel of Holbrook bought a $20 instant game ticket for the state lottery’s $10,000,000 Diamond Millionaire from Central Liquor Mart on Wyman Street in Stoughtonhas.
Upon learning that he had won $1 million, Noel immediately thought about paying off student loans. Noel later opted to receive $430,000, after taxes in a single payment.
The store that sold the winning ticket will get a $10,000 bonus.
