A recreational fisherman managed to “hook” a £100,000 jackpot off a £2 National Lottery scratchcard. Now Mark O’Donoghue, from Enniskillen wants to pursue his lifetime dream of a fishing trip to Alaska.
The man. who works for a civil engineering company for a living, was floored by his recent win and started shouting and jumping for joy as soon as he found out.
He has since calmed down enough to share that he plans to buy a new house and share the blessings with his family. But the passionate fisherman will still go on the Alaska fishing trip he had wanted for so long.
Alaska remains one of the least densely populated places on earth and is known for great fishing.
