Most of us feel a little twinge of envy when we read of people winning the lottery and wonder when we will have our turn. We’re even more envious when we hear of extremely lucky people like Ken Osborne of Virginia Beach who has just landed his second major win.
Osborne had already won a million dollars playing a Virginia Lottery instant game in 2006. But he has just made the winner’s circle again after he and a colleague went for drinks at a 7 eleven. The Money Money Money instant ticket he bought at the store turned out to be a $500,000 winner.
The super lucky man already has a house from his previous win so he has no plans yet for his latest bounty.
