A lawyer told a 56 year old former pipeline worker from the Philippines, that his only chance of repaying a P300,000 loan, with his house as collateral, was to win the lottery.
The desperate man took the advice to heart and set aside a portion of his earnings to place small lottery bets. The good news is, one of those bets won for him a P45 million Lotto 6/45 jackpot; more than enough to save his house and buy a dozen more if wants to.
