Retired home builder David Settle, won a $100,000 prize playing the $4,000,000 Gold Bullion game. It was the third installment in a streak of luck in playing the lottery which started in November 2010 when he and his wife won $3 million in the $200 Million Extravaganza game.
His other win had been another $100,000 in October 2011 while playing the same $4,000,000 Gold Bullion game. No wonder he can afford to be retired.
