It’s now official; construction company owner Rigoberto Mejia Mendoza is the latest winner of the Golden Ticket instant lotto game jackpot.
The lucky man bought the winning ticket from a bagel store during lunch hour. He remembers getting a match and scratching the prize amount which revealed the $7 million prize. He has since opted to receive the prize as a single payment of $4,361,280 net of taxes.
