Most of us would be pretty amazed if we won the lottery just once. But twice?

Neal Stanley however just collected his second lottery jackpot.

And it’s only 3 years since the last time.

Neil, from Chelmsford, MA, visited the Massachusetts Lottery’s head office last week to claim $1 Million he had just won playing the Billion Dollar Blockbuster instant game.

But no stranger to this particular scratch off ticket, Neil also won $1 Million on the same game back on the 27th March 2008.

The retired Grandfather will receive payments of $50,000 each year for the next 20 years.

When he was asked if he had any plans for the money, Neil simply said: “Spend It!”

Good for you Neil.

The Billion Dollar Blockbuster scratch off game costs $20 per ticket. There are 10 top prizes of $10 Million, and 130 prizes of $1 Million. The odds of winning one of the $1 Million prizes are 1 in 504,000.

Neil’s first big winning ticket was bought at Cumberland Farms in Chelmsford. His latest winner was bought at Stop & Shop also in Chelmsford.
