Million Dollar Ticket Found In Garage

Harvey J. Costlow buys lottery tickets and sometimes forgets about them.  Such was the case with a ticket he bought from Stinker Store on the corner of Ustick and Cleveland in Caldwell – it ended up gathering dust on a coffee table at his garage.  Things quickly changed for the better when he decided to get his tickets checked Tuesday afternoon.

When one of the tickets was scanned, it made an unusual sound and the people at the store told him he was the big winner they had been lo0king for.  His wife found it hard to believe the former law officer when he told her they had won a million dollars.  Though she was relieved that she had not cleaned out the coffee table where the million dollar ticket sat.  Though both happy, the couple who had been married for 53 years says they consider themselves millionaires as they had been blessed with a good life.

The store earned a bonus of $20,000 for selling the winning ticket
