Bill Traynor made his daily stop at the Valentine Nice N Easy in Bradley Street about 5:30am as usual on 4th March.
He bought his usual cup of coffee and added a $5 Lucky Tables scratch off lottery ticket. Back in his pickup he scratched off the ticket. Then turned on the internal light to double check he was seeing right.
His coffee break just made him a $1 Million lottery winner!
After being presented with his winners check at the store where he bought his lucky coffee, he said “It’s a good day”!
He currently works as a maintenance guy at Knowlton Technologies in Watertown, but doesn’t plan on making any major changes to his life. Except maybe a holiday to Hawaii.
Mr Traynor will net $33,000 per year for the next 20 years.
