Many people have to ask for their Christmas gifts; children from Santa, and more mature people from relatives and friends.  A retired RAF sergeant does not mind receiving his present courtesy of the Euromillions, but it might also be answered prayers.  And to think that he only thought of getting a Lucky Dip ticket when he went to buy a newspaper.

The lucky man is suddenly £1 million richer.  Now Gordon Dennis and his wife of just 61 years, plan to share the money with relatives and keep the bulk of it for investments.  They are also looking forward to a more comfortable retirement.
