Statistics released by the National Lottery reveal that Sheffield may be the luckiest city in terms of lottery winnings, with Sheffield’s S post code registering the most number of jackpot winners of £50,000- plus across the country.
A total of 668 Sheffield residents have won lottery prizes in excess of £50,000, with 67 of them becoming instant millionaires.
