A person from Huddersfield, who bought a lottery ticket won the EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle prize Christmas day of 2012, has missed out in collecting a £1m jackpot. National Lottery officials have confirmed that the 180-day period within which the prize must be collected has expired Sunday without anybody coming forward with a claim.
The £1 million prize money and about £25,000 it has earned in interest the last 180 days, will be turned over to the National Lottery Good Causes.
