Lori Skaggs, 37, from Peoria, Illinois bought a $20 ticket in the St. Patrick’s Day Millionaire Raffle run by the Illinois Lottery. Now she can’t believe her luck:

Lori plans to continue her job as an X-ray technician at a hospital in Peoria. But she will be getting a new car to replace her old Chevrolet.
