A man in the UK, desperate to sell his £125,000 home has added lottery tickets to the deal.
Alan Hodgkinson promises to purchase £10,000 worth of lottery tickets from the National Lottery using the proceeds of the home sale, and the first £125,000 of any winnings will be used as a refund for the buyer of his home.
Though highly unusual, the sale offer is legally binding.
