When Buffalo Public Schools special education teacher Margaret Dolan picked up a “Win for Life” scratch-off  ticket from a Rite Aid in the Town of Tonawanda, she did know that it would change her life.  Actually, she kept the ticket in her purse and forgot about it for a couple of days.  But when she checked it, she found that she had won the top prize of a million dollars.
