Third Winner Of Record $1.6 Billion Jackpot Makes Claim

The long wait is over.  The third winner of the biggest Powerball Jackpot ever has come forward.

Marvin and Mae Acosta have been revealed as the holders of a ticket which won a third of a $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot six months ago.  The couple have chosen to remain as private as possible but say they plan to give away most of the money.
