The Irish must indeed be lucky.  Just this June, a lucky Irishman bought a ticket at Beaumont, Dublin and scooped part of a very hefty €93.9 million Euromillions jackpot.  And now another Irishman is sharing a €25.6m with another winner from Spain.

The numbers drawn were 11, 23, 25, 32, 37, with 4 and 7 as the lucky stars.  The National Lottery will not reveal the actual location of the store that sold the winning ticket, to preserve the privacy of the winner.  They however advised the winner or winners to sign the back of the ticket immediately, and keep it in a secure location.

Another ticket for the EuroMillions Plus won €500,000.

More than the chance to win astronomical sums of money, betting on the lottery helps good causes.  The National Lottery gives 30c of every euro spent on the lottery to good causes across Ireland.
