Half brothers Ira Sharp, and Charles Thomas Meehan were as close as can be until they won a million dollars on a scratch-off ticket while drinking at a bar.
Now the prize money that Sharp claims should have been divided equally between them has been claimed by Meehan. Sharp has hired a lawyer who has obtained an injunction preventing Meehan from spending any of the prize money until the case for breach of contract filed by Sharp is resolved.
