Guiseppe Joe Anelli kept an an Illinois Lottery 4thof July Millionaire Raffle ticket in his car’s glove compartment, and only remembered to check it two weeks ago. Imagine the man’s surprise when he found that he had kept a ticket worth $1 million in his car for two months.
He was one of the two jackpot winners of the July 4th draw, Pitee Patel of Rockford was the other.
He and his wife are very excited with their win which they plan to use to pay of a house mortgage, and to invest for their children’s education.
Just imagine if he had stuffed the ticket in a Christmas stocking. Wouldn’t that have been a great Christmas present?
