Here’s another story about a person who has won substantial lottery jackpots more than once. After winning a million dollars in an instant game in 2008, Delma Kinney is back in the winner’s circle with another million dollar payout, this time from the Super Millions instant game.
It was a case of head cold that led Kinney to his most recent win. He purchased the winning instant ticket from a local Chevron when he went out to buy some over-the-counter medicine for his cold.
Kinney, a single father of three who lives in Atlanta, had set aside college funds for his children with his first win. Now he says he wants to give to charity.
