State Del. Riley E. Ingram has been driving a 1992 Ford pickup on his way to and from work at General Assembly; that is about to change in a big way after the lawmaker won a brand new Jeep Rubicon off a $5 scratch card he bought at the Virginia Pork Festival in Emporia.

It was his grandson, Parker, who realized he had won and Ingram only believed his good fortune when lottery workers confirmed his win.

His first thought was to sell the vehicle, being wary of the cost of taxes, duties and registration.  But when he learned that this was to be taken cared of for the winner, he decided to keep it; he even chose one with a deep cherry red color with black interior.
