Dianna Sills from Dunn, whose brother bought a $10 Ruby Red 7’s scratch off ticket for her from a Kangaroo Express on Long Branch Road in Dunn, has won $million. It was the top prize in last week’s N.C. Education Lottery scratch-off game.
The Ruby Red 7’s game, which was introduced last January has already paid out two of the four $1 million prizes – there’s two more out there somewhere.
Dianna chose to receive a single payment of $408,006, after taxes.
