An eighteen strong lottery syndicate called “The Lucky Eighteen Lottery Club” from Michigan lived up to their name by winning a million dollar Powerball prize.
Club member Diana Rushlow says they bought the winning ticket for the January 13 drawing from the Beacon & Bridge Market in Holly. They decided to check their tickets after another member informed them a winner had been sold at the same store. Now each member stands to receive about $55,000 before taxes.
