Rob Hoover buys his dad some scratch off lottery tickets for Christmas every year.
And this year he treated him to 10 ‘Carolina Black’ tickets.
Dad, Eddie, says he often dreams of winning the lottery – but this time his dream came true when one of the tickets turned out to be a $100,000 winner.
Rob says it could not happen to anyone better as he had the best Dad in the world – so it was great to be able to pay him a little something back.
