A fan of the lottery, Frank Frakas voted his support of several bills to expand the Florida State Lottery while he was still a state lawmaker. An election loss in 2012 stopped his return to public service.
After winning a $50000 per year for life jackpot on a $20 ticket he bought using winnings from a previous entry, he is an even bigger lottery fan. Frank chose to receive his prize as a single payout of approximately $815,500.
