A man in his twenties from Cairns, Australia, was thrilled to discover the ticket he had left lying around in his car was actually worth $1 Million.
The ticket had just been lying around in his car for a whole week. He had no idea at all that it was worth anything, as he only checks his tickets when he gets around to it.
A lesson to us all to treat those tickets as winners until you know they aren’t! And always check your tickets as soon as you can after each draw.
