Missouri is set to be the second state to allow lottery ticket sales via ATM’s and gas pumps, as the state lottery commission has scheduled a pilot test of the concept in the fall.
Plans include the initial installation of 100 ATM’s in Kansas and St. Louis. Fifteen gas stations with also sell lottery tickets in a total of 150 gas pumps. Whether other locations will be set up at a later date will be determined by consumer response.
