The sad tale of lottery winner Urooj Khan sounds like the plot of an Agatha Christie novel.

He originally won $1 Million with a lottery scratch off ticket in July 2012. But the very same day he received his winnings, he was screaming in pain by his family and was taken to hospital where he later died.

There was no autopsy and the case going to be ruled natural causes, until a family member came forward to question the judgement.

At which point blood tests were taken which revealed a deadly level of cyanide, which then sparked a murder hunt.
