MP for Stevenage, Stephen McPartland, is pushing Camelot to do more to find the missing £64 Million EuroMillions winner from June.

The MP called for the company to use more of the data at their disposal to trace the winner.

Lynne McGovern of Homer Glen, Chicago, just collected $325,000 from an $8 quick pick ticket.

But she also revealed that it was just a couple of years ago she was collecting $100,000 from a scratch-off ticket, and she had also previously won $45,000 on the Lotto.

Like many of us Andres Salgado had a lottery ticket tucked in his wallet.

This ticket however was already 6 weeks old, and unknown to Andres had won $1 Million in the Powerball drawing from 25th July 2012.

Robert Leamy has managed to win $10,300 from scratch-off tickets, without spending a dollar buying one!

His unusual strategy involves collecting used tickets, and entering them into second chance drawings.

In the main, I’m sure the ticket scanners are pretty darn reliable. They’re certainly well tested.

But how many incorrect scans is acceptable? 1 in a 100, 1 in a 1000?

A man from Tauranga in New Zealand almost missed his chance at becoming instantly wealthy.

On checking his ticket for the Big Wednesday draw, the man (who chose to remain anonymous) decided he had not won.

Friday’s £37 Million jackpot is also one of their largest. Whilst not as big as the jumbo jackpots seen recently, it still ranks at number 14 for the UK.
