A syndicate consisting of three people who worked for a sailing holiday company just posted a £1 million lottery win with the EuroMillions Millionaires Raffle.  The group had been regularly playing the lottery for three years but it was a £10 purchase of five lines at a Tesco in Portsmouth that proved lucky.  Interestingly, they used previous winnings to pay for the purchase.  After their win, Terry Hunt, Andy Wallace and Alison Gruar, have all reported back to work where colleagues were very happy for them.

Terry who is planning to get married soon, immediately told his fiancee and though their wedding plans will not change, it expands their options for the honeymoon.

Andy wants to pay off mortgage and set aside money for his children.  He is also considering buying a Land Rover.

Alison, says the money will come be a great help to a newly wed like her with a young child.

One wonderful stroke of luck changed three lives for the better.
