$11.7M Winner Loves Plowing Roads

A man plows snow off the streets using his truck.  The viewer can be forgiven for thinking this must be a poor man trying to make a living cleaning other people’s driveways.

The man behind the wheel is a retiree named Joe Meath, who plows mainly to be a good neighbor – he only charges two of the ten accounts.  But the man is a millionaire many times over since he won $11.7 million playing a Hot Lotto ticket he bought at a Shell gas station in East Bethel.

He says that having more money gave him more problems, and that he has received a lot of help requests from strangers.  Still he has bought a motor home and another house from his win.  He just wants to make sure the money lasts so it benefits his children and grandchildren.
