Noel Peel from Seymour county in Connecticut rarely ever plays the lottery.

But he saw the lottery machine gently beckoning him while he was waiting in line for his daily bacon sandwich.

So he gave in to temptation and splashed out for a grand total of just 4 quick pick tickets – 2 for Powerball and 2 for Mega Millions.
