Widower Bruce Magistro has just won his second million in the lottery just four years after the first one. Some would say he is very lucky but his ticket seller is not at all surprised.
Magistro apparently buys a lot of lottery tickets, sometimes $200 worth in a single day. With that many tickets his chances are statistically much better than most other players. His ticket seller, Vega, actually predicted after his first win that the lucky construction foreman will win again.
