Military training and gaffer tape came together for Matthew Packebush who was just revealed as a $1 Million Powerball winner from this weekends draw.
After discovering he had won, Matthews first thoughts were how to keep his quick pick ticket safe. So after calling his mum, of course, he headed to the local store to buy tape and a ziplock bag – and after signing the back, proceeded to tape the ticket securely to his chest. Beats keeping it in your underwear I suppose.
