Big lottery wins can be real life changers. But for Peter Congdon, who won £13.5 million 6 months ago, the change in his lifestyle is almost non-existent. Apparently he wants it that way.
The winner has chosen to live modestly and still stays at his council flat; he says he knows and likes his neighbors too much to move. But he has been generous to other people, especially family. He has given one of his children a farmhouse, bought new cars for several relatives, and established a treatment center for multiple sclerosis.
