It was just two months ago when breast cancer patient Gina Short won a million dollars on a lottery ticket second chance draw. That the win gave her enough money to finance a second chance at survival was not lost on us. Now she is back in the winner’s circle.
Just this 29th of April Short had asked her husband to buy lottery tickets as she felt ‘lucky’. True enough when they scratched the “All or Nothing” instant ticket they were greeted with the top prize of $250,000. While the winner says the money will still be primarily used to fund her medical treatments, she says this prize will help her “truly live.”
