Leonardo Angeles ticket, a quick pick he bought from RJ’s Mini Mart in Noel, matched five white balls drawn to win 2nd prize of $1 million. The regular player found it hard to believe that he was a winner. He has since claimed his prize money and looks forward to investing a portion of it in his car repair business.
