After widower and great-grandfather Peter Congdon won small amounts in lottery scratch cards, three different people advised him to buy tickets for the National Lottery draw. They turned out to be right.
After the draw, Congdon immediately saw he had matched at least 2 numbers and thought he had won £25. But he was surprised to find later that he had matched the other four numbers too. Suddenly he was £13.5 million richer.
The winner shared that he may be buying a Range Rover Sport for himself, and new vehicles for his children as well. There are also plans to celebrate and travel places with the family which includes three children, ten grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
